Highly recommend this hotel! I read all the reviews before selecting. Very helpful. Staff was outstanding from the front desk, dining, and cleaning. Was upgraded when I arrived. Room was clean, comfortable, nice bar area. Woke up mothers day to 40 hot air balloons right off my balcony! ...read more

Family with Young Children
Hotel was very nice. We stay in hotels in Albuquerque a lot. My kids liked it. The staff was exemplary! The bartender was awesome! She read my mind. The morning staff was very friendly and helpful. Business Traveler
I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Lots of room - separate conference room with attached bathroom and bedroom. Two televisions and sofa. Had an excellent pool/whirlpool and the exercise room was adequate for a workout. The staff was friendly and willing to help guests with their questions. The only problem I am having is with the accounting department trying to charge me twice for one meal at the restaurant. ...read more
